Cut a piece of ribbon cable to length (determined by your enclosure or mounting). You should remove one of the conductors from the cable
length (we recommend the non-red conductor). Then, attach 4 crimped terminals to each end of the cable. Use a small amount of solder on
each terminal to better secure it in place. Then, slide the 4POS connector onto the terminals. Make sure that your insert the terminals in order
into the connector.
The cable is attached so that the conductor closest to the J6 label on the Z board is away from the J5 label on the XY board. Make sure that
you orient the cable correctly or one of the boards may be damaged.
