CHARLESTON, South Carolina., June 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rotomotion and Jericho Defense Corporation, a US defense industry contractor providing special operations training and special mission tactical solutions, announced today that they have entered into a partnership allowing for collaboration on UAV based, secure IT solutions and tactical support platforms built upon UAV technology. The partnership anticipates initially focusing on capability demonstrations of JDC development DoD "coms on the move" and light-duty aerial tactical suppor space. Jericho currently manages many UAV-based product pairing opportunities with several leading US hardware manufacturers. In addition, two primary CHS-4 contract holders have committed sales force collaboration and go to market support to Jericho on federal LE and military sales. Further discussions are pending on developing collaboration relationships with other leading US manufacturers through on the development of JDC/Rotomotion produced solutions.

The operations of the partnership will continue as they have since Jericho began designing technical platforms that included Rotomotion airframes on some of its Military UAV based solutions. The venture builds upon a vision shared by both company's leadership: to provide life saving nextgen technology to the Department of Defense in a way that efficiently addresses today's shifting global military needs. Special capabilities such as UAV centered support solutions such as Jericho's N.COM, M.UAV Modular Mission Systems, and Light Support Special Duty Configurations are a few of the products and services being considered by Jericho under this partnership. Dennis D'Annunzio COO of Rotomotion will be leading the partnership development team as the CTO and new senior engineer on N.COM. while maintaining his crucial role at Rotomotion.
